Humanity literacy is the end of data and technology literacy because 21 st century learners are human resources who are literate with data and technology and can use them for a nobler life. Civic Education has a central role in building the quality of education in Indonesia, especially the development of human literacy. However, so far, it has experienced obstacles in the implementation process. Blended Learning is one of the best systems for Learning, from transition classes to e-learning. This method is very effective in increasing student involvement in interacting and reviewing information outside the classroom. The model impacts students' ability to develop human literacy in the use of data and technology. The method used in the analysis of this discussion is a literature review. Humanity literacy will be more successful with lesson plans that integrate various methods, teaching models, and learning styles and the use of various choices of media for discussion between facilitators and students.
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of internal quality assurance at Pacific Morotai University and provide detailed findings regarding the constraints faced by the Pacific Morotai University Quality Assurance Institute (LPM), North Maluku. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study method at the Pacific University of Morotai, North Maluku; Data was collected based on document search, observation, and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation of internal quality assurance at Pacific Morotai University faces the problem of a lack of auditors who have an understanding and a number of human resources in carrying out monitoring and evaluation tasks. The technical implementing unit formed by LPM in carrying out its duties only consists of six people spread across six faculties with details of one person for each faculty. The impact is due to the lack of auditors who are experts in quality assurance, so that it has an impact on quality assurance or external accreditation. In fact, the university does not yet have institutional accreditation status and eleven study programs have the same accreditation rating, namely C. Thus, the implementation of quality assurance is not carried out optimally and properly monitored, making it difficult to measure university quality achievements in setting higher education standards.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksploratif dengan menggunakan metode deduktif aksiomatik dan metode pendeteksi pola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pewarnaan graceful dan bilangan kromatik pada graf siklus comb graf star. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan satu teorema baru yang terdiri dari tiga kasus mengenai bilangan kromatik graceful pada graf siklus comb graf star.
