<p><em>Conducting analysis of efficiency, risk-taking behavior and market share of </em><em>Islamic</em><em> Banking in Indonesia. Conducted to answer the question of the still low market share of sharia banking in the national banking industry. The presence of Sharia Banking on dual banking system is still minimal.</em><em> </em><em>The monthly data sample of 34 Shariah Bank in Indonesia (11 Sharia Commercial Banks, 13 Sharia Business Units) is used to test the research hypothesis for the period from 2014 to 2017 using the estimator Generalized Method of Moments.</em><em> </em><em>The results show that there is a significant relationship and / or influence between the efficiency, risk-taking behavior and market share of Sharia Banking in Indonesia. Effect of moderation Efficiency and Risk-Taker Behavior on Financial Performance of Sharia Banking.</em><em> </em><em>Research limitations/ implications - Firstly, this paper focuses only on the sharia banking industry in Indonesia that adopts pro-active models, and therefore, expanding the investigation to include countries adopting different models may provide a better and more comprehensive view of the correlation between efficiency, risk-taking behavior and market share of Sharia Banking. Secondly, there is a need for more empirical data to be used, such as 7 years or more.</em><em> </em><em>This paper provides empirical evidence to regulators and policymakers in Indonesia, to understand how to increase the market share of sharia banking to the national banking industry. Furthermore, the sharia banking shareholder intends to increase the market share of sharia banking as one of the pillars of sharia finance in Indonesia which continues to grow.</em><em> </em><em>Previous studies have only discussed financial performance, efficiency and risk-taker behaviors without linking to market share levels. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran kuliner halal yang tepat di kota Malang. Metode Penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dengan menggunakan software Super Decisions dalam tiga tahapan. Pertama, konstruksi model ANP. Kedua, tahap kuantifikasi model menggunakan pertanyaan dalam kuesioner ANP berupa pairwise comparison (pembandingan pasangan). Ketiga sintesis dan analisis Dari hasil penelitian yang di lakukan dapat diketahui strategi prioritas atau strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan minat kuliner halal di kota Malang. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa strategi pemasaran kuliner halal di Kota Malang adalah kerja sama dengan pemerintah untuk memberikan pembinaan kepada pengusaha kuliner, membuat Ikatan Pengusaha Kuliner Halal di Kota Malang, membentuk tim khusus yang aktif berjualan pada ajang-ajang tertentu dan menggandeng Lembaga Keuangan Syariah untuk solusi permodalan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Dewan Pengawas Syariah di KSPPS Bumi Meranti Wangi terhadap Implementasi Good Corporate Governance yang diukur dari 5 konsep yaitu Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, dan Fairness. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berupa analisis deskriptif. Di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung dengan informan yang disebut dengan data primer dan data-data dari buku, jurnal, skripsi, dan literatur lainnya yang disebut dengan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Dewan Pengawas Syariah sudah menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya terhadap implementasi GCG yang diterapkan oleh KSPPS Bumi Meranti Wangi dalam setiap kegiatan operasionalnya, seperti pengawasan terhadap keabsahan transaksi pembiayaan, kepatuhan terhadap syariah dari sisi produk yang berikan ke nasabah, dan juga pengawasan terhadap pembagian bagi hasil yang disalurkan ke nasabah.
The Islamic value's substance is actually humankind's noble behaviors, as practiced by the Prophet in his daily life. This study constitutes the main discussion of Islamic values' conceptual and theoretical framework on soft skills. Globally, the term soft skills are introduced and popularized in West Countries by people with no Islamic worldview. This study focuses on elaborating the concept of soft skills (SS) from the Islamic perspective. According to the Islamic viewpoints, the best righteous people are those who can contribute to others through their good deeds. In the society era 5.0, possessing competent human capital is crucial for a Country. This research reviews the precept of al Quran and Hadith as the primary sources of Islamic values in developing the personal quality of Muslims. The study employs a qualitative research method with a literature study design, meaning making through interpretation of the Holy Quran and the Prophet traditions (Hadith). Based on findings, it is known substantively that the Islamic teachings are comprehensive concepts to build and shape the noble behavior of Muslims. Eventually, the researcher offers soft skills formula from an Islamic perspective as a complete concept for creating an excellent personality. Soft skills in the Islamic perspective are morals, good morals, positive behavior, spreading goodness, and bringing many benefits.
