Abstract. Purpose: to substantiate criteria for determination of functional-reserve potentials of secondary school age pupils. Material: 1017 pupils of 5-9 forms from 16 schools were questioned. Besides, 200 physical culture teachers from 75 schools of 25 Ukrainian cities were questioned. 154 schoolchildren were tested/ Physical fitness and health levels were tested by index. Pupils fulfilled 4 simple test exercises. Results: we determined indicators of physical condition, psychic state, scopes of motor functioning. We substantiated criteria for determination of schoolchildren's functional-reserve potentials as well as values of boundary physical condition and physical fitness indicators, which guarantee strong health and optimal functional-reserve potentials of pupil's organism. Conclusions: Deviation of these indicators' complex from boundary values informs about pupils' potential belonging to group of risk. It requires correction of pupil's way of life and his (her) motor functioning.
Abstract. Purpose: to determine influence of technology of integral motor and intellectual aspects' impact on development of senior pupils' motor skills. Material: in the research 2 groups of pupils participated: control (n=34 -boys) and experimental (n=34 -boys). Results: confident changes in light athletic skills have been registered. In experimental group confident changes in indicators of motor fitness were registered in tests for speed-power qualities and endurance (short and long distance run, jumps, throws). We also found that it is necessary to take into account dozing of exercises, when training motor actions. Conclusions: it is recommended to use approaches to creation of holistic idea of movement. Theoretical part shall be oriented on deep understanding of physical principles of movements' rational technique.
Purpose: determination of influence of technologies of motor and intellectual aspects' impact on process of basic light athletic movements' development. Material: in the research 2 groups of pupils participated: control (n = 22girls, n=34-boys) and experimental (n = 21-girls and n=34-boys). Results: we have shown comparison of basic light athletic movements and movements in wildlife. We compared movements in sports with their physical analogues. Main characteristics of basic movements in light athletic have been defined. Methodic of rising of theoretical knowledge level about light athletic exercises has been presented. Conclusions: it is recommended to apply complex methodic of motor actions' training. The methodic combines practical trainings with theoretical knowledge about main laws of movements in wildlife.
Purpose: to work out and substantiate technologies of motor and intellectual aspects' integral impact on process of training of light athletic' throws and run techniques of 15-16 years old girls. Material: in the research 2 groups of pupils participated: control group (n = 22) and experimental group (n = 21). Results: Methodic of run, jumps and throws techniques' training of senior school girl-pupils has been worked out. The methodic implies mastering of basic light athletic movements on the base of analogies with rational and economic movements in animate nature and laws of mechanic It conditions application of knowledge from physics, biology, mathematic for receiving of more complete understanding of light athletic movements' correct technique. Conclusions: we have shown that application of interdisciplinary connections permits to make the process of movements' training more effective in comparison with mastering material of purely physical education.Introduction 1 At present, in education there is a problem of absence of interconnection between studying of different disciplines: different school curriculum subjects are delivered without interconnection between them. As a result pupil receives systemless, fragmented knowledge, which turn out to be useless in practice and are quickly forgotten after leaving school [16; 22; 24]. The most separated is physical education. Physical education is a "counter-weight" to theoretical disciplines in school curriculum, not envisaging cognitive functioning [1; 15; 18; 19; 25; 26]. However, application of cognitive and associative spheres in any kind of functioning, including physical education, facilitates creation of holistic understanding of action. It improves effectiveness of motor skills' mastering and effectiveness of mastering of knowledge in other subjects [2; 6; 7; 13; 14].In this connection it is necessary to work out approaches to physical education teaching, which would imply creation of holistic idea about movement, deep understanding of rational movements technique's physical principles [20; 27; 29; 32; 33]. Approaches of such orientation are rather effective; however, they practically have not been worked out for physical education and are not used in it by the present time [28; 30; 31]. That is why the problem of methodic' working out for schoolchildren's motor actions' training is urgent and important. It is conditioned by the following: integral combination of knowledge from different fields; creation of holistic idea about movement; enriching of theoretical knowledge with practical realization in the field of motor actions.Analysis of problems in schoolchildren's physical education is present in many works that also witnesses about importance of this problem. The circle of the regarded problems is rather wide. In work by R. Podstavka et al. (2014) [25] physical education of rural schoolchildren are regarded. The authors note that only insignificant percentage of pupils participated in out-of-school sport trainings and other physical exercises, while rela...
Abstract. Purpose: to work out and substantiate technologies of motor and intellectual aspects' integral influence on development of basic light athletics movements' technique. Material: in the research 2 groups of schoolchildren participated: control group (n = 34) and experimental group (n = 33). Results: it was determined that main direction of motor skills' development in light athletics trainings is a holistic approach. Such approach implies mastering of principal movements of light athletics on the base of analogies with rational and economical movements in Nature and on the base of laws of mechanics. Conclusions: it is recommended to consider in trainings the fact that improvement of motor skills' mastering facilitates strengthening of demand in motor functioning. This demand is a condition of organism functioning's improvement.
