This study aims to analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction on the effect of work life balance and job embeddedness on nurses turnover intention. The survey was conducted on 75 female nurses at a private hospital in Denpasar City with incidental sampling technique.The results of the study show that directlyJob satisfaction and work life balance have a negative effect on nurses turnover intention and work life balance and job embeddedness have a positive effect on job satisfaction. The low level of job embeddedness has a less than optimal effect on nurses turnover intention. New findings from this study may explain how mediating job satisfaction is very important for nurses women at a private hospital in Denpasar, Turnover intention has an impact on the business continuity of private hospitals during the pandemic. Thus, this research can contribute greatly, especially the study of work life balance can make nurses have a good mood at home. Therefore, for hospitals during a pandemic, nurses must feel comfortable and survive in any conditions. The value of a good job embeddedness will have an impact on the value of the sincerity of employees to work well, this is a positive thing that can be applied by every organization. Support for employees from the company through an interpersonal relationship approach to discuss problems in their families and social lives from the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic, is very important, which will strengthen each hospital to continue to run its business in the future. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics on the Permanent Lecturers Performance at Warmadewa University. The hypothesis used consists of: (1) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, (2) Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, (3) Organizational Characteristics have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. The design of this study is quantitative with a sample size of 196 people calculated using the Slovin formula and determination of the sample size using the probability sampling method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data both quantitative and qualitative data. Analysis tool used in WarpPLS Version 6.0. The results showed that Individual Characteristics had a significant negative effect on lecturer performance, job characteristics had a positive effect not significant on lecturer performance and organizational characteristics had a negative and significant effect on lecturer performance.
Currently, the role of women is not only about taking care of their husband, children or household. The number of women seeking work will increase significantly worldwide. Many women work in companies, hospitals, manufacturing and other workplaces. The shift in values in society regarding working women has increased from the previous decade. Women have the same opportunity to get higher education and employment opportunities as men. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the moderation of work experience on the influence of work flexibility and work motivation on the performance of female motorcycle taxi drivers in Denpasar city. The subjects in this study were female drivers in the city of Denpasar. Descriptive measurements and analysis were carried out to obtain a picture or portrait of the respondents. The results of these descriptive measurements are then used as a basis for statistical analysis. Data was collected through a questionnaire instrument with a 5- point Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. While the sample was determined as many as 80 people with incidental sampling technique. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The results showed that work experience succeeded in moderating the effect of work flexibility and work experience on the performance of female gojek driver in Denpasar City.
This study aims to analyze the mediating role of self-efficacy and motivation between lecturer competencies, on student achievement in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. The sample used in this study were 93 students. Research resultshows that all variables have a positive and significant effect on student achievement. Self efficacy and motivation fully mediate between lecturer competence and student achievement.
