Рассмотрены особенности разработки траекторий полёта к центру Солнечной системы двух перспективных российских космических аппаратов. Научной целью проекта является исследование околосолнечного пространства с близких расстояний (60-80 радиусов Солнца) и внеэклиптических наклонений. В рамках предварительного проекта руководством принято решение о создании двух космических аппаратов (КА), где в качестве маршевой предлагается вариант с химической двигательной установкой на базе двигателей малой тяги. В связи со значительным увеличением начальной массы КА необходимо использовать средство выведения более тяжёлого класса. Поэтому в настоящий момент дополнительно рассматриваются варианты выведения с помощью ракет-носителей «Ангара-А5» и «Союз-5» («Сумкар») с разгонными блоками «ДМ» и «Фрегат-СБУ» с космодромов Восточный и Байконур соответственно. Срок активного существования аппаратов должен превышать семь лет, за который должно быть достигнуто наклонение более 25°. Приведено описание дополнительного варианта двигательной установки с применением в составе двухкомпонентных двигателей производства НИИМаш (г. Нижняя Салда) и указаны основные характеристики схем полёта двух КА. Разработанная схема полёта первого КА предполагает старт в августе 2026 года. Сближение с Солнцем на минимальное расстояние 61,5 радиуса Солнца происходит через 6 лет после старта. После последнего, восьмого, гравитационного манёвра через 8,3 года после старта КА достигает гелиоцентрической широты 33,1°. Траектория второго КА предполагает старт в апреле 2028 года. Он также через 6 лет после старта сближается с Солнцем до примерно такого же расстояния-63,0 радиуса Солнца. Последующими гравманёврами у Венеры аппарат достигает гелиоцентрической широты 29,1°. Представленный проектный облик химической двигательной установки с применением двигателей малой тяги позволяет достичь заданных параметров орбиты Солнца и выполнить научную программу в течение заданного срока активного существования двух КА.
