Die experimentell-statistische Prozefmodellierung ist ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung funktionaler ZusammenMnge in industriellen Prozessen. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war die Bildung eines Modells ffir den Herstellungsprozefl yon Spanplatten durch Anwendung der Regressionsanalyse. Zur AbscMtzung der Vorhersagegfite der gebildeten Prozeflmodelle wurde ein Verfahren entwickelt, das die Uberprfifung yon Modellen an einer neuen Stichprobe simuliert. Es wurde festgestellt, daft eine Modellbildung unter alleiniger Berficksichtigung mit statischen Methoden ausgew~ihlter Variablen zu einer zu optimistischen Ein-sch~tzung der Modelle ffihren kann. Aus diesem Grunde ist es bei der Modeltbildung erforderlich, vor Anwendung eines statistischen Variablenauswahlverfahrens eine Reduzierung der Variablenzahl anhand technologischer und anlagenspezifischer Oberlegungen vorzunehmen. Es konnten Modelle entwickelt werden, mit denen sich die Querzugfestigkeit vorhersagen liefl. Die Querzugfestigkeit wurde vorrangig durch die Spangeometrie der Mittelschicht, den pH-Wert des Klebstoffes, die Spanfeuchte, die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit sowie verschiedene Pressenparameter beeinfluft. Die Entwicklung yon noch fehlender On-line-Mefltechnik ffir diese bedeutsamen Variablen und deren Integration in ein Prozefleitsystem ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung ffir eine weitere Verbesserung der Modellansgtze und der Prozefsteuerung.
