Creative thinking skill is a thinking skill that generates new idea by combining any existing ideas to solve problems by using non-algorithmic, unusual, and unique methods. This research aimed to explore the development of mathematics learning instruments with the flipped classroom-blended learning based on lesson study for learning community and its implementation effect on students’ creative thinking skill. This research is multiphase mixed method research. This research was begun by research and development using 4D models to develop the learning instruments. Furthermore, a quantitative quasi-experimental research was conducted with non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. This research subject were 96 students on Class VIII at State Junior High School 2 Panji 2019/2020 academic year, consist of three treatment classes with two experiment classes and one control class. The research data were collected by questionnaire, observation, test, and interview. The research data were analysed statistically by Kruskal Wallis test. The results of this research show that (1) the mathematics learning instruments were valid, practically, and effective, and (2) the Kruskal Wallis test obtained significance value 0.017 (p<0,05), which indicated the implementation of the flipped classroom-blended learning model based on lesson study for learning community has significant effect on students' creative thinking skill.
Completing Linear Equation System by Elementary Row Operations is a fairly complex problem in mathematics. Someone who is faced with this problem can be measured his creative skills. The fact shows that their creative skills are still relatively low. Therefore learning based collaborative using interactive application media will be applied. This research type was a mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative research. The Quantitative method is used to analyze student learning outcomes, while the qualitative methods is used to analyze students’ creative abilities. Respondents involved in this study consisted of three classes, consisting of two experimental classes and one control class which is each class consisting of 36 students. The objects of this research was the students of SMAN 1 Kencong Jember, who were selected three class as research samples, therefore XI MIPA 1 class as the first experimental class and XI MIPA 2 class as the second experimental class and at last XI MIPA 3 class as the control class. The research results indicated that the pre-test of three classes was homogeneous. While the post-test result shows that the average of the three classes is significantly different. This is indicated by the value of one way ANOVA (<p = 0.05), it was found that collaborative learning using interactive application media as part of the developed tool can provide better results in terms of creative thinking abilities. Interactive application media as part of collaborative-based learning tools can provide positive stimulation to students so that students’ creative thinking abilities increase. The tool developed in this study was also declared valid, practical and effective.
This research aimed to describe the creative thinking of Junior High School students in solving sequence and series. This type of research was mix methode research. This research was conducted on students of SMP AL-AZHAR Muncar Banyuwangi. The data collection method used in this research was test and interview. The instruments used were the researcher itself, creative thinking test, and interview guidelines. Based on data analysis results, it could be concluded that the students could pass creative thinking well. At the illumination stage for all questions given, the student could finish appropriately and clearly. The students could write ideas under their own words so that the students’ creative side had appeared well. At the incubation stage, the students could give many ideas and could explain their ideas fluently and appropriately. Seen from the number of answers, the students’ tended to be similar to what the teacher had taught, however, there was also students’ answer different from the way the teacher taught so that it showed a unique explanation.
Abstrak Pendidikan memang sangat dibutuhkan untuk menentukan keberhasilan dalam dunia pendidikan, apalagi dengan adanya perubahan zaman yang sangat cepat, sudah semestinya para pendidik berpikir lebih keras untuk bisa memanfaatkan waktu bagaimana memberikan pendidikan yang terbaik sebagai wasilah atau perantara keberhasilan mendidik anak-anak dalam dunia pendidikan. Banyak sekali dari para ahli pendidikan yang memikirkan dan berpendapat bagaimana pendidikan yang terbaik, tapi setidaknya ada empat unsur yang menjadi syarat berdirinya pengajaran dan mestinya menjadi sorotan serius biar pendidikan bisa kerjalan dengan baik, seperti halnya pendidik, peseta didik, ilmu yang akan diberikan kemudian metode yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan ilmu. Agar lebih spesifik maka penulis hanya akan mengambil bagaimana Model pendidikan bercorak teknologi. Karena model pendidikan bercorak teknologi merupakan hal yang vital atau harus diketahui dan dipahami oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan, sehingga output yang dihasilkan bisa mendapatkan hal yang sempurna sebagaimana dengan visi misi yang sudah direncanakan oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan Hal ini yang memotivasi penulis untuk mengungkapkan lebih dan bagaimana model pendidikan bercorak teknologi yang baik, baik menurut ilmuan barat, maupun yang sesuai dengan Al-Quran Abstract Education is needed to determine success in the world of education, especially with the rapidly changing times, educators should think harder to be able to take advantage of the time how to provide the best education as a spiritualist or an intermediary for the success of educating children in the world of education. There are so many education experts who think about the best education, but at least there are four elements that are the conditions for the establishment of teaching and should be a serious spotlight so that education can run well, they are educators, students, knowledge to be provided and methods that used in delivering the knowledge. To be more specific, the author will only take how one point that is the technology education model. Because technology education model are vital things or must be known and understood by every educational institution, so that the resulting output can get perfect results according to the vision and mission that has been planned by each educational institution. This then motivates the author to reveal more and how the technology education model which is good, both according to western scientists, and in accordance with the Al Quran.
As Muslims, we should be familiar with Arabic. As we know, the beginning of the emergence of Islam came from the Arab Nation, even the holy book of Muslims is in Arabic. However, it is not the reason for us not to be able to master Arabic. Even make it as our everyday language. Arabic skills are speaking skills, able to listen well to be able to write and pronounce well too. Various attempts were made by the school to implement various Arabic learning methods. However, often learning Arabic, especially in junior high school, is deemed inadequate. There are many obstacles that are felt by educators, such as lack of awareness to learn Arabic, considering Arabic as a difficult language, and using inappropriate methods in their learning process. For these reasons, the author wants to make a simple effort with this simple writing to place a method that is in accordance with the timeliness of learning Arabic so that it is easily practiced by educators and easily accepted by students which expected that more awareness to use Arabic as every day language. An observation of the three methods to be analyzed, namely, qowaid and translation methods, direct methods, and eclectic methods.
