На фоне снижения его общей частоты в мире отмечен рост встречаемости рака ротоглотки, большей частью за счет опухоли, ассоциированной с вирусом папилломы человека [1]. В 2013 г. заболеваемость ра-ком ротоглотки в мире составляла 142 387 случаев (1 % от всей онкологической патологии), в то время как в Российской Федерации -2251 случай (0,43 % от всех злокачественных опухолей) [1,2].В настоящее время существуют различные подходы в лечении рака ротоглотки и основное внимание при выборе оптимального метода сконцентрировано на сохранении формы и функции органа и качестве жизни пациента [3]. При раннем раке ротоглотки воз-можно применение как лучевого, так и хирургическо-го лечения в виде трансоральной лазерной микрохи-рургии либо роботизированной операции.Проведенный J. R. de Almeida и соавт.[4] анализ всех доступных опубликованных исследований по ле-чению раннего рака ротоглотки позволил продемонст-рировать сопоставимые результаты 2 лечебных тактик: при лучевом лечении общая 2-летняя выживаемость составила от 84 до 96 % и при хирургическом -от 82 до 94 %. При сравнимой эффективности этих методов главный вопрос -это качество жизни пациента. В свя-зи с этим некоторые авторы справедливо замечают, что хирургическое вмешательство при лечении рака ротоглотки имеет преимущество в случае, если оно проводится в самостоятельном плане, так как в про-тивном случае комбинация хирургического и химио-
