The article investigates a problem of evaluating the quality of the hidden transmitters search by a group of unmanned aerial vehicles. Suggested method is based on the dynamics of reducing the entropy of the system. The main factors of influence are signs of the presence of a hidden transmitter in a certain sector of the territory, which can be detected by drone sensors. The reliability of the method is proved by modeling different scenarios of the system. It is shown that a system with full communication and control coordination is more efficient than a system that works according to the established search algorithm.

The conducted research may be of interest to specialists of internal audit, internal control, and managers of all levels, who organize the functioning of internal control in subordinate structural units. The article practically substantiates the use of the matrix of key performance indicators (KPI) in assessing the effectiveness of the internal control system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The research conducted in the article is the result of the practical implementation of the developed comprehensive methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the internal control system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the study conducted its decomposition and separately: evaluated the selected indicators of the effectiveness of the internal control system through appropriate testing and analysis of financial (accounting) statements; a matrix of key performance indicators is formed; the generalized indicator of efficiency of functioning of system of internal control is defined; the corresponding assessment of efficiency of system of internal control according to the chosen criterion is carried out. The results of the study made it possible to determine a numerical value that can objectively indicate the effectiveness of the internal control system of the institution. The results of the evaluation of indicators can be further systematized in the appropriate database for the formation of statistical information and taken into account in the risk-oriented planning of internal audit activities. The results of the study in the article can be used in part and applied thematically when checking other indicators in the internal control system. The article formulates the prospect of further research in the subject area to improve the accuracy of assessing the effectiveness of the ICS, as well as in finding alternative methods for its evaluation.
The main conceptual approaches to the development of a security environment evaluation methodology that would provide more skilled processing of information circulating in a security environment but not fixed during monitoring are considered. The method contains 14 main blocks, which carry analytical, logical, expert comparative and other procedures with the information received from the security environment in relation to destructive processes, phenomena, dangers, threats, as well as conditions in which the implementation of national interests takes place. The novelty of the procedures introduced is a comparison of facts, events detected during monitoring of global and local processes, sorting of events, facts, dangers, threats, etc., on the basis of which identification of geopolitical and other interests of other states is carried out, detection of misinformation, information coverage of various kinds of manipulations and psychological effects. The procedure of projecting events, facts, dangers, threats on the trajectory of global and local processes allows predicting the dynamics of global and local processes, providing information-time and security support for global and local processes, and assessing the risks of detected destructive phenomena and processes allows timely adjusting the parameters of the information – time and security support of global, local and other processes and make managerial decisions in the system of providing the national and military security more reasonably.
