We have studied microbiota of the intestinal tract of honey bees and the effect of various preparations and feed additives, in particular hydrohemol. It was established that feeding of hydrohemol in a mixture with candy caused a decrease in the pathogenic microbiota of the digestive tract of bees. This creates the most favorable conditions for the further development of the bee colonies and, as a result, an increase in their honey production.
The article describes a method of preventing postpartum obstetric-gynecologic diseases and improving the reproductive function of cows by increasing the nonspecific resistance of the organism with the use of Prevention-N-B-S bio-preparation. For the first time the newly developed bio-preparation was injected to cows of Experimental Group 2 intramuscularly with a dose of 10 ml 35-30, 15-10 and 10-5 days before the expected calving date, while Dorogov’s antiseptic stimulant 2 fraction and Eleovit at the ratio of 1:9 were injected to the animals of Experimental Group 1 60 days before the estimated calving dates. It was established that the first estrus of Experimental Group 2 cows (28.8 ± 0.56 days) was 5.8 and 14.4 days earlier than that of the same-age cows of Experimental Group 1 (34.6 ± 0.93 days) and the Control Group (43.2 ± 1.64 days). The service period in Experimental Group 1 (64.6 ± 1.62 days) and Experimental Group 2 (57.8 ± 1.50 days) became shorter, comparing to the Control Group (89.2 ± 3.02 days). Use of bio-preparations in critical pregnancy periods of cows reduced the risks of subinvolution of uterus, endometritis and mastitis in the postpartum period and increased reproductive qualities of cows. The effect was most apparent when Prevention-N-B-S bio-preparation was used.
Scientifically substantiated and experimentally proved the feasibility of the zootechnical application of the developed biological products Prevention-N and Prevention N E in technology of beef production for the realization of bio-resource potential meat quality of calves of black-motley breed. Against the background of the use of biopreparations, activation of growth and development of bulls during cultivation, rearing and fattening was established, which led to higher slaughter and meat qualities of carcasses and, as a result, the yield of valuable cuts: spinogrudnogo – by 6.1 and 4.0 kg (P<0.01-0.001), lumbar – by 2.6 and 1.7 kg (P<0.05-0.01) and hip – by 8.6 and 7.1 kg (P<0.001). The quality of meat carcasses was proved by organoleptic, biochemical and spectrometric parameters and, consequently, the safety of the tested preparations. It was found that the implementation of the biological potential of the body of bulls due to the activation of hematopoiesis, cellular and humoral factors nonspecific resistance of biopreparations. The novelty of the obtained data is confirmed by the patents of the Russian Federation for invention № 2602687 and № 2622765 registered in the State register of inventions of the Russian Federation on 26.10.2016 and 19.06.2017, respectively.
