Детально рассмотре-ны физические основы упругого и неупругого рассеяния рентгеновских фотонов атомами ве-щества. Сопоставлены результаты расчетов дифференциальных коэффициентов рассеяния с экспериментальными данными различных авторов. Показана необходимость учета вклада многократного рассеяния в интенсивность рассеянного излучения на образцах с малыми атом-ными номерами. Проведен анализ влияния аномального рассеяния на результаты рентгеноф-луоресцентного анализа (РФА) и возможности его учета. Приведены примеры успешных по-пыток учета или компенсации изменения коэффициентов рассеяния образцов. Рассмотрены различные случаи использования рассеянного излучения в практике РФА с целью учета ма-тричных эффектов и других трудноконтролируемых факторов. Продемонстрированы примеры эффективного и ограниченного использования рассеянного излучения в регрессионных урав-нениях связи и способе теоретических поправок, а также нестандартного применения рассе-янного излучения. ВведениеАналитическим сигналом в рентгенофлуо-ресцентном анализе (РФА) служат интенсивно-сти наиболее ярких линий характеристического спектра элементов. Характеристический спектр возникает на фоне, создаваемом рассеянным средой излучением. Во многих случаях наличие этого фона приводит к снижению чувствитель-ности метода и повышению порога обнаружения элементов. С другой стороны, рассеянное из-лучение является функцией вещественного со-става среды и других физико-химических харак-теристик. Поступила в редакцию 3 сентября 2016 г., после доработки -18 апреля 2017 г.Рассмотрен способ вычисления эффективных атомных номеров Z эф сложных мелкодисперс-ных сред, состоящих из слоев с различной поверхностной плотностью и сильно отличающими-ся атомными номерами, по ослаблению излучения различных энергий этими средами. Для учета сильной нелинейной зависимости полного атомного коэффициента ослабления от атомного номе-ра элемента, в отличие от хорошо известного способа, вводится показатель степени n при расче-те полного атомного сечения, приходящегося на один электрон атома многоэлементного вещества (электронное сечение). Проверка предложенного способа проведена путем сравнения значений полных атомных коэффициентов ослабления, полученных с использованием эффективного атом-ного номера и рассчитанных по правилу аддитивности для атомных коэффициентов. Показано су-щественное улучшение точности определения эффективных атомных номеров сложных веществ. .55 кэВ с использованием атомных коэффициентов ослабления взятых из таблиц XCOM. Также величи-ны эффективных атомных номеров получены для образца бинарного состава Al -Sn при различ-ных массовых концентрациях Sn (0.1-0.9) и энергии 59.54 кэВ, а Al-Sn (~0.08) при четырех вышеу-казанных энергиях. Показано, что существенное влияние на получаемые значения Z эф оказывает не только разница атомных номеров (Z max -Z min ) элементов из состава вещества, но и соотношение концентраций этих элементов. Влияние вышеуказанных факторов существенно уменьшается с уве-личением энергии фотонов, поскольку снижается вклад фотоэлектрического поглощения в общее ослабление.
