Нейроэндокринноклеточные опухоли -это группа относительно редких эпителиальных новообразований из клеток с нейроэндокринным фенотипом, являющихся частью общей диффузной нейроэндокринной системы и способных продуцировать гормоны или другие биологически активные амины. На сегодняшний день заболеваемость НЭО составляет 5,25 случая на 1 млн населения в год, а в ближайшие 2-3 года эпидемиологи прогнозируют увеличение этого показателя до 8 случаев и более. Не менее 40% от всех нейроэндокринноклеточных опухолей желудочно-кишечного тракта составляют нейроэндокринноклеточные опухоли поджелудочной железы, которые выявляются с частотой 3-5 случаев на 1 миллион населения в год. Тактику лечения и прогноз в значительной степени определяет точная морфологическая и иммуногистохимическая верификация с определением потенциала их злокачественности. В данной статье представлены результаты установленных иммунофенотипических особенностей нейроэндокринноклеточных опухолей поджелудочной железы, описаны диагностические маркеры с определением их специфичности и чувствительности, обобщен анализ наиболее характерных клинических проявлений. Приведена оценка отдаленных результатов хирургического лечения и установлена их связь со значениями маркера пролиферативной активности Ki-67. Нами предложена возможность оптимизации лечения нейроэндокринных опухолей поджелудочной железы аналогами соматостатина на основании исследования индивидуального профиля экспрессии соматостатиновых рецепторов, что может повысить безрецидивную выживаемость и улучшить качество жизни пациентов.
