The article presents an analysis of the complex treatment results of reproductive age patients with uterine leiomyoma and dysplastic lesions of the squamous epithelium of the cervix which included anti-inflammatory therapy and radiowave surgery. The use of complex therapeutic measures in patients with uterine leiomyoma and dysplastic lesions of the squamous epithelium of the cervix allowed to reduce the epithelialization period of postoperative wound surface and to decrease the incidence of complications and recurrences.
