Senam aerobik adalah aktivitas (gerak) yang dilakukan oleh perorangan maupun kelompok orang secara berirama, menggunakan otot-otot besar, dengan menggunakan sistem energi aerobik, dan mengikuti irama musik yang juga dipilih sehingga melahirkan ketentuan ritmis, kontinuitas, dan durasi tertentu yang bertujuan untuk peningkatan dan pemeliharaan kebugaran tubuh serta tujuan lain misalnya menurunkan berat badan. Latihan senam aerobik adalah senam yang menggerakkan seluruh otot, terutama otot besar dengan gerakan yang mantab, terus menerus, berirama, maju, dan berkelanjuutan. Salah satu upaya untuk dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani yaitu dengan latihan senam aerobik, namun harus memenuhi beberapa ketentuan-ketentuan yang harus dipenuhi yaitu, 1) berdasarkan intensitas latihan, sebaiknya berlatih sampai denyut nadi latihan atau berlatih mencapai target training zone. 2) takaran lama latihan, apabila latihan sampai mencapai target training zone maka latihan senam aerobik paling sedikit 30 sampai 45 menit. 3) frekuensi latihan, minimal 3 kali seminggu dan maksimal 8 kali seminggu. 4) lama program latihan, bagi peserta senam aerobik yang sangat kurang kebugarannya harus mengikuti program latihan selama 13 minggu, sedangkan bagi mereka yang termasuk sedang harus mengikuti program latihan selama 8 minggu.Kata kunci : senam aerobik, kebugaran jasmani
The study purpose was to determine the relations of using digital media and physical activity with the physical fitness of 4th and 5th grade students of the state of Ngablak Elementary School in the academic year 2019/2020, Turi, Sleman Regency both individually and wholly. Materials and methods. This research is a correlative study, which aims to find out whether there is a relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The population of this study was 49 students from 4th and 5th grade of the state of Ngablak Elementary School in the academic year 2019/2020, Turi, Sleman. All of them were used as research subjects. The data collection technique is surveys. The surveys are done by applying collection techniques using surveys, tests and measurements. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire both for digital media variables and physical activities, as well as the physical fitness test for Indonesian physical fitness variables. Data analysis techniques are regression and correlation analysis, both in simple way and double way through the prerequisite tests for normality and linearity. Results. The results showed that at the level of 5% error means the correlation between the use of digital media and physical activity and the physical fitness of students in 4th and 5th grade of the state of Ngablak Elementary School in 2019/2020 academic year Turi, Sleman Regency, it was Fcount = 11.072 > Ftable = 3.20. Conclusions. Since Fcount > Ftable, it can be concluded there is a significant relation between the use of digital media and physical activity and physical fitness.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa kelas V terhadap pembelajaran permainan net menggunakan media video di SD Negeri se-Dabin I Kecamatan Ngombol Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Negeri se-Dabin I Kecamatan Ngombol Kabupaten Purworejo dengan jumlah 70 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda. Hasil uji coba validitas instrumen menunjukan 30 butir soal dinyatakan valid. Uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach’s sebesar 0,872. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman siswa kelas V terhadap pembelajaran permainan net menggunakan media video di SD Negeri se-Dabin I Kecamatan Ngombol Kabupaten Purworejo dengan kategori sangat tinggi dengan frekuensi 19 siswa (27,14%), tinggi dengan frekuensi 17 siswa (24,23%), sedang dengan frekuensi 22 siswa (31,43%), rendah dengan frekuensi 10 siswa (14,30%), dan sangat rendah dengan frekuensi 2 siswa (2,90%). Abstract: This research aims to determine the level of comprehension of the fifth grade students on the learning net games using video media in the elementary schools located in Cluster 1, Ngombol District, Purworejo Regency.This research was a descriptive quantitative study with a survey approach method. The research population was all fifth grade students in the elementary schools located in Cluster 1 Ngombol District, Purworejo Regency with a total of 70 students. The research instrument was a multiple choice test. The results of the test of the validity of the instrument showed that 30 items were declared valid. The instrument reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha formula of 0.872. The data analysis technique used the percentage analysis.The results show that the level of comprehension of fifth grade students towards the learning net games using video media in elementary schools located in Cluster 1, Ngombol District, Purworejo Regency is as follows: in the very high level with a frequency of 19 students (27.14%), in the high level with a frequency of 17 students (24.23%), in the medium level with a frequency of 22 students (31.43%), in the low level with a frequency of 10 students (14.30%), and in the very low level with a frequency of 2 students (2.90%).
All parties should do the character of elementary school students jointly. One of them, it can be done through fun sports activities. Excellent character needs to develop in the form of physical activity packages that are cultivated in a school sports festival. This activity is also a solution to develop the psychomotor, affective, and cognitive aspects of students simultaneously. Therefore, this community service activity aims to strengthen the character of elementary school students through school sports festival activity. The participants are 142 students of Soka Elementary School in Pundong, Bantul. In addition, the principal, six classroom teachers, and one physical education teacher also participated. This activity consists of training and festivals conducting by lecture, demonstration, and practice/simulation methods. The evaluation of this activity based on its implementation and results. The training activities have been carried out for one day at Soka elementary School while the festival was held for also one day in the Mblali field, Seloharjo, Pundong, Bantul. The attendance of participants, both teachers and students was 100%. The teachers and students look happy and excited during the training and festival activities. In addition, the students also saw a variety of good behaviors that could develop into good character, such as discipline, majesty, honoring victory, acknowledging defeat, hard work, and fair competition. Therefore, festival activities expected to hold at least annually or biannually as long as they follow the academic calendar at the end of the semester in school. The routine and sustainability of the school sports festival will help students to develop a variety of good characters.
