For fast realistic simulations of parasitic effects on boards, a novel "Parasitic-Effects Simulator" (shortened to PES) has been developed at the FhG-LFT in Munich. The tool divides the circuit to be simulated into line systems and network parts. Compared to the original network, the network parts feature a reduced complexity and are computed by conventional network simulators (SPICE, ELDO, etc.). The line systems in between are simulated by a transmission line simulator especially concepted for this purpose.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
