The spectrum of pulmonary surgical pathology in newborns and infants is mainly presented by congenital diseases. Surgery is the main radical method of treatment of children with congenital lung diseases. By this time in the N.F.Filatov City Children's Hospital No13 it is performed more than 1000 endoscopic operations on the thoracic cavity including more than 300 lung resections. More than 190 cases were caused by congenital lung disease. The results of treatment of 194 infants with congenital lung disease for the period 2005-2014 are analyzed in this article. 14 (22%) patients were operated urgently. 8 patients (12%) with compensated respiratory failure underwent surgery at the age of 8 to 46 days. Children with absence of clinical manifestations underwent thoracoscopic lung resection at the age of 3 to 8 months. Thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed in the 40 cases (62%). There were no intraoperative complications. Thoracoscopic lung resection for malformations in newborns and infants is currently the method of choice. It allows to visualize pathological focus intraoperatively and to perform precise dissection of pulmonary root structures using modern equipment. Thus, it improves course of postoperative period and reduces duration of hospital-stay. In this paper, we conduct research on the exploration and genesis of geothermal resources in Weifang. Geothermal resources as a highly competitive clean and renewable energy sources while compared with some other energy significant advantages, large-scale development and utilization is to address global climate change and related energy-saving emission reduction needs more and its huge reserves determine the geothermal energy resources will inevitably become the future of the mankind. The Shandong geothermal resource total characteristics are hot basic distribute, type to be many broadly, the burial depth is moderate, the thermal fluid reserves is big, the use value is high, the temperature is primarily the low temperature that develops the condition to be good. Under this condition, we analyze the status of Weifang to procide the systematic research.
Статья посвящена рассмотрению возможности реализации проекта "Использование геотермальных источников теплоэнергии", разработанного в соответствии со "Стратегией социально-экономического развития Республики Дагестан на период до 2035 года". Целью проекта является значительное расширение использования геотермальных вод для про-изводства овощей с последующей утилизацией остаточной тепловой энергии для товарного выращивания ценных сортов рыбы, восстановления рыбных стад Каспийского моря и в рекреации. Предполагается построить за 6 лет зимние (используемые круглый год) теплицы 5-го поколения, площадью 2000 га и до 200 промышленных парков в непосредственной близости от геотермальных источников. Это позволит привлечь 210 млрд. руб. частных инвестиций, создать 50 тыс. рабочих мест, повысить на 30 млрд. руб. ВРП Дагестана.
