Аннотация. Цель исследования — оценить социальную эффективность деятельности молодежных общественных объединений, занимающихся реализацией приоритетных направлений государственной национальной политики и степень их субъектности. Для достижения поставленной цели был использован метод глубинных интервью с субъектами реализации национальной политики (20 информантов) и лидерами молодежных общественных объединений (30 информантов) в Крыму, Краснодарском крае и Ростовской области.
Методологическая база исследования включает рассмотрение социальной эффективности деятельности молодежных общественных объединений с точки зрения структурно-функционального подхода, с позиции социального конструктивизма, а понимание социальной субъектности — в контексте теории Вал. А. Лукова.
Результаты исследования. Говоря о социальной эффективности деятельности молодежных общественных объединений, участвующих в реализации государственной национальной политики, необходимо разделить это понятие на широкий и узкий смысл. В широком смысле деятельность этих объединений эффективной назвать можно не всегда, в первую очередь потому, что в нее вовлечен достаточно узкий сегмент молодежи. Если же говорить о работе с целевыми выборками аудитории, то здесь их деятельность эффективна: они выступают регуляторами отношений между молодежью диаспор, популяризируют культуру этносов среди студентов, выступают агентами социальной адаптации молодых мигрантов, работают как медиаторы и каналы социальной мобильности. Что касается субъектности этих объединений, то сегодня она находится на достаточно высоком уровне: инициация их создания идет «снизу», они имеют развитую сеть партнерских отношений, инициируют инновационные социальные проекты. При этом оценки перспектив развития субъектности данных объединений среди экспертов разнятся: часть видит в них большой потенциал, часть отмечает препятствия в развитии субъектности, связанные с наличием у них большого спектра проблем.
Перспективы исследования: разработка комплекса рекомендаций для повышения эффективности деятельности молодежных общественных объединений в сфере реализации приоритетных направлений государственной национальной политики.
Ensuring the required level of energy security is one of the most important objectives not only for any particular state, but worldwide also. This article is devoted to the development of a set of indicators for evaluating the implementation of the Russian Federation (RF) energy security strategy in the context of implementing the sustainable development goals (SDGs). In the course of the study the balanced scorecard was used as a basic methodology for developing a set of indicators to ensure energy security. This methodology has been adapted in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Russian Federation energy security strategy and the concept of sustainable development. Based on the analysis of indicators in terms of their relation to sustainable development goals, approaches of other countries and the availability of statistical data, a set of indicators and a strategic map for the implementation of the Russian Federation energy security strategy in the context of achieving the sustainable development goals were developed. The proposed strategic map and set of indicators will allow to monitor the implementation of the strategy, as well as afford the decision-making in the context of achieving the sustainable development goals.

Составлена сх ема норматив-но-правового регулирования подготовки спортивного резерва в системе студенческого спорта. Предложена модель системы управления и реализации программ подготовки спортивного резерва в Российской Федерации.
