Аневризмы редко проявляются клинически, од-нако могут привести к летальному исходу вследствие разрыва и тампонады сердца [2]. Тромбоз и эмболию КА также относят к осложнениям [7]. Свищевые соединения из ОА в КС встречаются чрезвычайно редко [5]. В отече-ственной литературе мы не нашли ни одного описанного случая. Это связано прежде всего с бессимптомной кли-нической картиной, редким обращением за медицин-ской помощью, недостаточной диагностикой. На сегод-няшний день не существует единой хирургической так-тики в отношении лечения пациентов с аневризмой ОА. Учитывая крайне редкую встречаемость, хирургам при-ходится выбирать тактику в каждом конкретном случае и, следовательно, говорить о какой-либо систематиза-ции результатов не представляется возможным. Зару-бежными хирургами предложено несколько вариантов хирургического лечения (ушивание аневризмы, изоли-рованное шунтирование в обход аневризмы), при этом каждый из них имеет свои достоинства и недостатки, а их отдаленные результаты не освещены [10]. Наша мето-дика имеет хороший непосредственный клинический результат, свидетельствующий о ее эффективности и по-зволяющий надеяться, что данную тактику можно реко-мендовать для применения в коронарной хирургии в по-добных случаях.Конфликт интересов отсутствует. рис. 1.
