Введение. Статья посвящена актуальному вопросу, связанному с оптимизацией металлоконструкции линейной части конвейера с подвесной грузонесущей лентой. В работе кратко приводятся существующие научные и конструкторские разработки данного типа конвейера. Особое внимание уделяется использованию методик, позволяющих добиться снижения массы металлоконструкции линейной части конвейера с подвесной лентой. Методы и материалы. Авторами разработана и подробно представлена математическая модель металлоконструкции линейной части конвейера с подвесной грузонесущей лентой, состоящая из целевой функции и систем ограничений, которая позволяет реализовать современные подходы при проектировании металлоконструкции, тем самым снижая массу конвейера в целом. Результаты. По результатам выполненных исследований представлены значения напряжений и прогибов, возникающих в металлоконструкции линейной секции различной конструкции, в зависимости от разной производительности конвейера с подвесной лентой. Проведена процедура оптимального проектирования металлоконструкции линейной секции с различным типоразмером конвейера с подвесной лентой, выполненная для минимального и максимального значения производительности. Авторами представлены результаты оптимальных поперечных сечений стержней и раскосов металлоконструкции конвейера. Обсуждение и заключение. Установлено, что применение современных подходов, в частности оптимизации, к проектированию металлоконструкции конвейера позволяет улучшить массогабаритные показатели всего конвейера.
