A variety of biologically active substances is used to optimize homeostasis and increase the production of pig products. Such substances include, in particular, probiotics. The fodder probiotic preparation "EM-Vita" contains microorganisms that exist in their natural habitat: lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria and yeast. To study the effect of different schemes of using the probiotic feed additive "EM-Vita" on the morphological composition of blood and the dynamics of live weight of pigs, taking into account the breed, age and live weight, the paired analogues method was used to form 3 groups of 10 heads of weaned piglets 46-53 days old, live weight of 11.18 ± 0.01 kg. Animals of group 1 were control, pigs of group 2 received once a day, 4 ml of feed supplement "EM-Vita" for 2 months according to the scheme:-7 days-feeding, 7 days-a break; pigs of the 3rd group-also received once a day 4 ml of feed additive "EM-Vita" for 2 months: according to the scheme:-7 days-feeding, but a break-14 days. Blood for the study was taken from 5 animals from each group from the jugular vein in the morning before feeding before the start of the experiment, after 1 and 2 months of drinking the drug, and one month after the end of drinking it. 6 days before the third blood sampling, all pigs were vaccinated against Auesca's disease and swine erysipelas (Vetbiochem LLC). It was established that the use of probiotic drug "EM-Vita" when growing pigs for 2 months according to both schemes caused an increase in the body's reactivity, which is indicated by an increase in the blood level of neutrophils, monocytes and a decrease in the level of lymphocytes 6 days after vaccination of animals. At the same time, a more rapid restoration of optimal homeostasis one month after the end of feeding the drug, as evidenced by a decrease in the number of neutrophils and monocytes in the blood with an increase in the number of lymphocytes, and a higher live weight was observed in pigs who were fed with EM-Vita for 2 months, According to the scheme:-7 days watering, 14 days-a break.
