Этика Цифрового Общества: Неизменное И Меняющееся

Abstract

The article shows that the ethical problems of the digital society are an aggravation of the problems existing in the industrial society. They cannot be solved by known methods, since society has become fundamentally different. Currently, there is an imbalance in the social processes of ontogenesis, phylogenesis, and technogenesis. The imbalance was caused by the rapid development of digital technologies. Restoring the balance is possible only by accelerating ontogenesis and phylogenesis at the global level. The role of Russia in this process is defined by Russian philosophy.
