La consolidación de un modelo sostenible implica la integración de factores económicos, sociales, y ambientales que contribuyen al bienestar de la población; este tipo de modelo refleja el compromiso para implementar estrategias por parte de todos los actores de los segmentos económicos de la cadena global de valor cacao-chocolate de manera articulada. El propósito de esta investigación fue identificar literatura científica referente a economía circular para encontrar estrategias que contribuyan a disminuir las externalidades negativas globales de dicha cadena: trabajo infantil, deforestación, cambio climático y pobreza. La investigación se llevó a cabo en cuatro etapas, identificación, filtrado, visualización y análisis; a través de mapas de redes utilizando los softwares VOSviewer y bibliometrix; en la etapa de análisis se encontraron estrategias disponibles que contribuyen a desarrollar un modelo sostenible para la cadena cacao-chocolate; entre las más destacadas se encontraron: a) el secuestro de carbono por parte de las especies vegetales incluidas en el sistemas agroforestal cacao para disminuir el efecto de la deforestación y del cambio climático; b) coberteras vegetales para la captura de nitrógeno y carbono, c) bio-fertilizantes al cultivo de cacao de manera complementaria, y d) gestión de residuos; las cuáles contribuyen a incrementar los ingresos de los cacaoteros y mejorar la sostenibilidad económica ambiental y social del pilar principal de la cadena cacao-chocolate.

Efficiency of Combed Straw Harvesting Technology Involving Straw Decomposition in the Soil

This article deals with the problem of harvesting combed straw by mixing it with the soil and the process of combed straw decomposition in particular. The idea and purpose of the research are also analysed in terms of circular economy, which represents a closed cycle. Combed straw is seen as a by-product which is reused as fertilizer to increase soil fertility, thus reducing the negative impact on the environment and increasing the efficiency of organic matter use. To analyse the qualitative aspect of the process, the introduction of an indicator is proposed—the straw decomposition coefficient. Experimental studies of straw decomposition in the soil were carried out using the mathematical theory of experimental design, where the response function is represented by the functional dependence of the straw decomposition coefficient on the length of its cutting and nitrogen and phosphorus application doses. For experimental studies, Box–Behnken design was used, which made it possible to calculate the regression coefficients by known formulas. Verification of the obtained coefficients according to Student’s t-test showed that all of them were significant. According to Fisher’s test, it was established that the model is adequate and can be used for further research. As determined by the experimental study, shredded straw incorporation improves soil properties and increases its biological activity. Ultimately, this improves plant nutrition and increases crop yields. The experiment results showed that reduced amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers can be applied, thus leading to a reduction in the direct production costs of growing cereals in the following year. The integration of several technological processes, such as straw cutting, shredding, and incorporating it into the soil with simultaneous application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers, increases the economic efficiency of grain production and a shortens the payback period for investment.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to define an innovative model of using one's own financial resources in the agricultural sector to increase the efficiency of self-financing and ensure the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. Methodology of research. The use of methods of analysis and synthesis made it possible to determine modern methods and principles of financing innovative activities of enterprises. Conducting generalizations revealed the main advantages and disadvantages of using individual components of own financial resources in the process of self-financing of innovative development of agrarian enterprises. Tabular and graphic methods allowed to visually display the current state of sources of financing of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Findings. It was revealed that currently the main method of financing Ukrainian farmers is self-financing, and retained earnings play a key role among the sources of own financial resources. The gradual increase in the amount of profit capitalization has a positive effect on the expanded reproduction of agricultural production, but these funds are not enough to ensure large-scale and costly innovative projects. A model of financing the innovative development of agricultural enterprises through the use of a combined set of financing sources is proposed, in which self-financing should play a key role. It has been proven that when financing the innovative development of the agrarian sector, support from the state is critically necessary. Originality. The methods and principles of financing innovative activities are summarized, which made it possible to form a model of financing innovative development of agrarian enterprises. The advantages and disadvantages of using individual components of the own financial resources of agrarian enterprises in modern economic conditions are determined, which will allow to create competitive advantages for agrarians through the combination of methods of financing innovative transformations in the future. Practical value. The theoretical and methodological provisions of this study deepen the practical toolkit of effective management of one's own financial resources and contribute to the development of innovative processes in the agricultural sector.
