Abstract: Представленный обзор посвящен роли естественного и адаптивного, локального и системного иммунитета, клеточных и гуморальных факторов в патогенезе аутоиммунных заболеваний щитовидной железы (АЗЩЖ). Рассмотрены значение лимфоидной инфильтрации щитовидной железы (ЩЖ), цитокинов и аутоантител, роль тиреоидных гормонов как модуляторов иммунного ответа, микроэлементов и нарушения регуляции апоптоза в развитии АЗЩЖ.
