Abstract: Ensuring food security at the national and global levels on the basis of sustainability is one of the priorities of Ukraine's agrarian policy. “…In the agricultural sector of Ukraine, as mentioned above, there are two significant producers: enterprises and farmers as well as households. The analysis carried out by the authors [27] proved that the households have a relatively optimal structure of sown areas and there is no possibility of introducing full-fledged crop rotations on small plots, so this group of producers can only recommend directions for improving the structure of production in their farms.
