“…[7]. We have carefully checked that our present results are consistent with earlier calculations made in the collinear limit [13,14]. Using the k t -factorization approach we go beyond the Leading-Order approximations by including the initial state radiation corrections in the form of evolution of gluon densities.…”

“…LO colour singlet calculations for the gg → J /ψJ /ψ process in perturbative QCD exist and give results consistent with the data [532][533][534]. In the LHCb fiducial region (2 < y J/ψ < 4.5, p T J/ψ < 10 GeV/c, where y J/ψ and p T J/ψ represent the rapidity and transverse momentum of the J /ψ, respectively) these calculations predict the J /ψJ /ψ production cross-section to be 4.1 ± 1.2 nb [534] in agreement with the measured value of 5.1 ± 1.0 nb [531].…”

“…1 was first formulated in Refs. [20,21]. Later on, it was extended to considering the polarization effects [22,23] and to including the color-octet contributions, see [23,24] and references therein.…”
