Zur Struktur und Funktion des juxtaglomerulären Apparates

Abstract: Zona glomerulosa der Nebenniere zu demonstrieren. Später wurde von P. M. und W. S. Hartroft (25) über eine enge Korrelation zwischen juxtaglomerulärem Granulationsindex und der Breite der Zona glomerulosa der Nebenniere berichtet. Durch Infusion von Angiotensin konnten Genest und Mitarbeiter (23) bei Normalpersonen und Patienten mit Hypertonie eine Steigerung der Aldosteronausschüttung beobachten, während Conn und Mitarbeiter (15-17) die umgekehrte Abhängigkeit in diesem Funk-zz8o
