Zur Funktion und Struktur synthetisch modifizierter Porine

Abstract: Die Anknüpfung von Modulatoren an einen trimeren Porin‐Ionenkanal wurde untersucht (Bild: Trimer mit einem Kronenethermodulator (orange)). Entscheidend für die konformative Heterogenität des hybriden Kanals ist das Zusammenspiel von Modulator und Protein. Ein‐Punkt‐Anknüpfungen in großen Poren reichen wohl nicht für eine Änderung seiner elektrophysiologischen Eigenschaften aus – dies erfordert zusätzliche nichtkovalente Wechselwirkungen oder Zwei‐Punkt‐Anknüpfungen.magnified image
