Trotadem mu0 der FluBsiium b d der Bildung der Vcrbindung eine entscheidcnde Rolle zukommen, denn bei Abweaenheit von FluBsiiurc ist Graphit im Fluorstrom bis 4ooo praktisch indifferent. Ebcnso geht aus dem EinfIuB des FluBsiiure-Partialdruckes auf die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit ihre Bedeutung flir die Reaktion hervor.
