Abstract:Es wird die analytische und präparative Trennung von funktionellen Silanen, Carbosilanen und Phosphanen mittels der SFC (SFC = Supercritical‐Fluid‐Chromatography) mit CO2 und CF3Cl als mobile Phasen beschrieben. Von der entwickelten Anlage wird das Detektorsystem (IR‐Hochdruckzelle) dargestellt.
