Zum Wirkungsmechanismus von cis‐Bis‐(glycylglycinethylester)platin(II)‐chlorid — Beeinflussung der Proteinbiosynthese

Abstract: Die Wirkung von cis-Bis(glycylglycinethylester)platin(II)-chlorid (1) und von Cisplatin (2) auf dieProteinbiosynthese des Walker-256-Carcinosarkoms konnte im zellfreien System durch Hemmung der Aminoacylierung von tRNA und der Synthese von Polyphenylalanin unter Verwendung von poly-U als exogenem Messenger bestatigt werden.
