Zinc Oxide and Metal Halide Perovskite Nanostructures Having Tunable Morphologies Grown by Nanosecond Laser Ablation for Light-Emitting Devices

Abstract: This work reports a one-pot chemical bath deposition (CBD) method for the preparation of selectively grown, morphology-tunable zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructures provided via straightforward nanosecond fiber laser ablation. Nanosecond fiber laser ablation is different from lithographic methods due to its simple, time saving, and efficient film scribing abilities. Here, multiple morphologies of the ZnO nanostructures on the same substrate have been grown via laser ablation of the ZnO seeding layer. Selective and c… Show more

“…Thus, the given explanation propounds the fact that both V oc and V fb are correlated, which is consistent with our V fb results. Also, a severe drop in the majority charge carriers after CIGS/In 2 S 3 deposition can be attributed to a comparably low carrier density of pristine In 2 S 3 deposited at T > 180 °C, which is the outer layer that directly interacts with the electrolyte solution . However, due to the depositions being carried out at high temperatures, the probable diffusion of the CIGS layer into In 2 S 3 may have resulted in increased N d values.…”

“…Most importantly, for the fabrication of thin films, easily applicable and cost-effective methods such as CBD and ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) have been adopted to build the inverted configuration of the photoelectrodes. Both methods are known as highly effective and facile solution-based processes for thin film fabrication and conveniently form various nanostructured materials with desired compositions and thicknesses. …”

“…With this patterning, the PL intensity sharply increased and the lifetime responses were enhanced. [146] Crystallization of perovskite precursors in local areas is another widely applied laser-patterning method. Zhang et al used a 532 nm femtosecond laser to create a patterned perovskite film using the direct writing method.…”

“…22−26 Laser has characteristics of strong dust penetration, good unidirectionality, and strong anti-interference ability. 27,28 Therefore, we collect the point cloud of the whole coal mine working face by LiDAR to characterize the mining environment of the working face. Furthermore, the expression of point cloud is simpler.…”

“…At present, there are still many difficulties in the accurate perception of the mining environment of the coal mine working face. It is an urgent need to find out an effective and reliable perception means that can adapt to the special mining process in the coal mine working face. Laser has characteristics of strong dust penetration, good unidirectionality, and strong anti-interference ability. , Therefore, we collect the point cloud of the whole coal mine working face by LiDAR to characterize the mining environment of the working face. Furthermore, the expression of point cloud is simpler.…”
