Zelluläre und molekulare Wirkmechanismen von Crataegus-Extrakt: Grundlage für die Therapie kardiovaskulärer Erkrankungen

Abstract: Weißdorn‐Extrakte sind zur Behandlung herzinsuffizienter Patienten im NYHA‐Stadium II verbreitet. Die kardiovaskulären Wirkmechanismen sind komplex: neben einer cAMP‐unabhängigen positiv inotropen Wirkung verbessern sie die koronare Durchblutung durch Stimulation der NO‐Freisetzung und schützen das Herzgewebe durch antioxidative Eigenschaften.
