Yeast population dynamics on air exposure in total mixed ration silage with sweet potato residue

Abstract: Sweet potato residue (SPR) is a by-product of sweet potato juice widely produced in China. The high starch content, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), and vitamins in SPR suggest that it may potentially serve as ruminants feed (Zuo et al., 2018).
