Xanthones and anthraquinones from the soil fungus Penicillium sp. DWS10-P-6

Abstract: Two new xanthones, oxisterigmatocystins J and K, and two new anthraquinones, versicolorins D and E, were characterized from the fungus Penicillium sp. Compounds 4 and 5 showed significant cytotoxic activities against HL-60 cell line.
