Write a job description.

Abstract: A job description is probably one of the most neglected and underrated documents in employment. When they do exist job descriptions are often poorly written and out of date. In many instances they are non-existentstrange treatment for such an important document which, if used properly, should represent the essential foundation on which employer and employee relations are built.
