Workplace Wellbeing and Burnout Syndrome: Opposite Faces in Penitentiary Work

Abstract: Purpose: The objective of this study was to analyze the perspectives of correctional officers of the State of Rio Grande do Sul to understand the relationship between the components of workplace wellbeing and the incidence of Burnout Syndrome.
