This article aims to identify the profile of accounting professionals in accounting offices in the city of Marabá-PA. It is an exploratory and descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The profile of the accounting professional has been undergoing changes, due to the new digital accounting record platforms and a charge for a more active participation in decision making. The sample consisted of 20 questionnaires, distributed in 20 accounting offices (Marabá-PA). The research was carried out from 15 to 23 October 2019 and subsequent analysis, with the display of graphs and tables of the researched data. The results enabled the identification of factors that influence the choice of offices in the hiring phase of accountants, the identification of the candidates' home university, the difficulties of some accountants with technology, among others. Among the researched data, it is still possible to identify the predominance of males in accounting offices, in an age range of up to 34 years, in addition to clearly demonstrating a new professional accounting profile compared to the old one, where intellectual capital is valued every day. . And so it is concluded that the vacancies are occupied by accountants attentive to the needs of companies, capable of providing objective and reliable information and solutions for their management and exercising their profession with ethics and responsibility.
O servico policial militar (PM) e identificado pelo forte contato com situacoes adversas, fazendo com que os policiais se tornem muito vulneraveis aos efeitos psicologicos. A presente pesquisa tem por interesse investigar a Sindrome de Burnout em policiais militares do municipio de Maraba-PA. A populacao alvo do estudo compreende homens e mulheres do servico ativo que estao lotados no 4oBPM/CPRII, foram avaliados 140 profissionais. Para a coleta de dados foi utilizado o questionario Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) uma versao brasileira proposta por Tamayo (2003), que consiste em 22 questoes com caracteristicas psicofisicas em relacao ao trabalho. Ao avaliar os resultados da pesquisa observou-se que 65,7% da amostra e do sexo masculino, 34,2% feminino. A faixa estaria preponderante foi entre 31 a 40 anos de idade, em relacao ao estado civil a pesquisa mostra que 27,8% estao solteiros e 36,4% casados, a respeito da jornada de trabalho, a maioria (47,9%) cumpre uma rotina de tarefas superior a 40 horas semanais. A pesquisa revelou ainda um alto grau de exaustao emocional, que somados perfazem 67,6% dos entrevistados, a analise dos resultados permite concluir que a sindrome de burnout esta presente nos policiais militares. Para a dimensao Baixa Realizacao Profissional o sexo feminino apresenta indicadores de menor realizacao profissional do que o masculino. A vista disso, pode-se concluir que os homens apresentam percepcao de menor desconforto relacionado ao trabalho do que as mulheres.,
Este estudo teve como objetivo realizar um levantamento acerca de publicações acadêmicas que abordam o tema COVID-19, em vista de identificar a qual tipo de pesquisa – básica ou aplicada, estariam alinhadas essas publicações. Como base de dados, escolheu-se o Google Acadêmico e utilizou-se como descritor COVID-19, que deveria estar no título ou no abstract. A busca foi realizada em 03 de abril de 2020, identificando-se um total de 1.290.000 resultados, com o filtro Em Qualquer Idioma. Desse universo, delimitou-se a amostra com os parâmetros de 5% de margem de erro e 90% de intervalo de confiança, o que resultou em 273 trabalhos, ranqueados por relevância. Para a classificação em pesquisa básica ou pesquisa aplicada utilizaram-se pressupostos teóricos de Bush (1945), da Orgazination for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD,1994), de Stokes (2005) e de Riazuddin (2007). Os resultados evidenciam a prevalência de produções acadêmicas classificadas como pesquisa básica (68,46%) e a China como o País do qual mais se publicaram estudos acerca dessa temática (41,96%).
This paper analyzed the influence of factors that affect the organizational climate within a public organization. The general objective was to diagnose the perception and satisfaction of the technical and administrative employees of the Paraíba State Department of Education in relation to the work environment, suggesting actions that help the organization to overcome its weaknesses, in line with the results obtained. Of the universe of 197 civil servants, 120 participated in the survey, representing 61% of the administrative staff of the investigated body. The methodology adopted was bibliographic and field research, using a data collection questionnaire based on the Burke-Litwin model, integrated by twelve dimensions that influence the performance of the organization, relating them to its management model, culture , structure and internal climate. The analysis and interpretation of the data took place using a quantitative approach. With regard to the literature review, topics related to organizational behavior, people management, internal relationships, leadership, quality of life at work, motivation and organizational climate were addressed. From the results obtained, it was concluded that the respondents are moderately satisfied with their work environment, standing out as elements for an immediate corrective action the demotivation of the employees, especially in relation to salary, benefits and recognition, as well as the dissatisfaction with the relationship maintained with the top management of the organization.
