Stress is a global problem of modern society. The urban environment creates additional prerequisites for stress, which is confirmed by the study. One of the most common sources of stress is work. In this case, stress is called labour: professional or organizational. These concepts are identical, but there are small nuances in their application regarding the causes of stress. This article analyses the factors of labour stress, its consequences and the possibilities of stress prevention in a modern urban environment. The results of the study of differences in the stress level in different life environments are presented.

BACKGROUND: The problem of the prevention and control of infections associated with the provision of medical services in the forensic medical examination bureau (FME) remains relevant. In connection with the spread of new coronavirus and other infections, it is of interest to study the compliance of the regulatory and methodological framework with new challenges from the point of view of hygienic and organizational aspects of forensic work, including examination, disease prevention, and reduction of the effect of risk factors on workers. AIM: To analyze the current state of the regulatory framework of the activities of the forensic medical examination service. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The regulatory documents at the federal and departmental levels regulating the activities of the forensic medical service were studied. Documents regulating a set of measures aimed at maintaining sanitary and epidemiological well-being and compliance with sanitary norms and rules in relation to the divisions of the FME bureau were analyzed. Emphasis was placed on identifying sanitary and hygienic measures to ensure that FME bureau workers are safe from infectious contamination. RESULTS: The organization of the activities of the FME bureau is regulated by relevant legal acts that consider the procedure for organizing and conducting forensic medical examinations and are developed in strict accordance with the requirements of federal laws and orders. Some questions related to individual stages of the forensic medical examination, such as the location of the incident, transportation of the corpse to the medical examiner’s office, storage of a corpse, conducting an autopsy, and collecting biomaterial for examination, require solutions to improve the safety and quality of forensic medical examination. The protection of employees of the FME bureau from infectious contamination, organization of preventive measures, and prevention of risks of infection of medical personnel require the development of regulatory legal acts. CONCLUSION: The results obtained indicate the need to improve the legal regulation of individual stages of forensic medical examinations and improve the quality of anti-epidemic measures that ensure the safety of FME bureau workers from infectious diseases. The recommendations are aimed at improving the forensic medical examination service in the country, improving the equipment of morgues, and ensuring conditions for the implementation of the right of personnel of forensic medical institutions to health protection.

Compliance with the principles of mental health is a priority task in the education of children and adolescents. Researchers present the results of the analysis of psychophysiological studies, mostly by foreign authors, devoted to the problem of biomarkers of psycho-emotional stress (anxiety, aggression). The authors have considered the phenomenon of attention biases (attention shifts), as well as behavioral inhibition. We have analyzed the role of bioelectric asymmetry of the frontal areas of the brain, amygdala and prefrontal cortex. Scientists have shown the role of two basic motivational systems of approach/achievement ("approach system") and avoidance/withdrawal ("withdrawal system"). The use of adequate psychophysiological tests, such as: dot-probe tasks, attention shifting tasks, temporal order judgment tasks, visual search tasks allows you to best identify attention shifts and observe changes in the bioelectric activity of the brain. The asymmetry of the EEG of the frontal areas of the brain; the ratios of slow EEG waves to fast ones (theta / beta ratio; delta / beta ratio); changes in the parameters of the components of the evoked potentials P1, N1, N2 and late positive potential (LPP) with attention shifts you can consider as markers of psychoemotional tension. You can take into account the understanding of the mechanisms of shifting attention to threatening information in anxious children and adolescents in the prevention of mental health and to create corrective methods of training the system of attention to information with the opposite motivating value, allowing for adaptive behavior in the future.
