Work life balance in Islamic perspective (WLBIP) and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior in islamic perspective (OCBIP) and service performance

Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance in Islamic Perspective (WLBIP) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Islamic Perspective (OCBIP) on service performance.
