Despite the focus on knowledge risks in the literature, a limited number of studies have empirically examined technological knowledge risks in terms of digitalization, old technologies, and cybercrime as moderating variables in the relationship between work-life balance and job performance. To address this gap, this paper investigated the moderation effects of technological knowledge risks on the relationship between work-life balance and job performance during the pandemic period in employees of cooperative credit banks. A quantitative approach that involved gathering surveys was adopted. Applying PLS-SEM, the empirical findings revealed that technological knowledge risks have a significant impact on the relationship between work-life balance and job performance. Additionally, this research encourages managers to create and maintain a healthy work environment that promotes valuable employees’ job performance while also evaluating the use of new technological advances and their related risks.

Service climate and service culture are crucial aspects in increasing job satisfaction and service performance of Nadzir in Cirebon Regency. As a nadzir (waqf manager or who holds the mandate to maintain and manage waqf assets in accordance with the form and purpose of waqf) in Cirebon Regency, Indonesia. It seems that implementing the waqf service system has not been easy. it requires a high service climate and service culture so that it can have an impact on job satisfaction and service performance. This research aims to analyze the service climate and the service culture of nadzir in Cirebon Regency. This type of research is qualitative with case studies through four key participants. Validity and reliability tests have also been carried out. The triangulation approach is carried out through interviews, documentation, and direct observations in the field. The results prove that the service climate and service culture are important aspects in increasing Nadzir's job satisfaction and service performance of waqf management organizations in Cirebon Regency, Indonesia.

Ta’ awun behavior is very rarely being studied in business research especially when associated with employee performance. This study examines and analyzes the partial effect of: (1) ta’ awun behavior on employee performance, work stress, and work-life balance in Islamic perspective (WLBIP), (2) work stress and WLBIP on employee performance and (3) the mediating role of work stress and WLBIP in the relationship between ta’ awun behavior on employee performance. Data is collected through distributing questionnaires to employees of financial services companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta with purposive manner. The statistical technique uses Partial Least Square. The results prove that ta’ awun behavior is partially able to make a positive contribution to the employees performance and WLBIP. Ta’ awun behavior also reduces work stress. Employee work stress reduces employee performance and WLBIP improves employee performance. Work stress is able to mediate ta’ awun behavior on employee performance, but WLBIP is not able to mediate it. This study implies that the research model can be applied to employees of business companies, which so far have focused on social and community institutions.
