Work from home issues due to COVID-19 lockdown in Indian higher education sector and its impact on employee productivity

Abstract: PurposeThis study focuses on work from home (WFH) issues faced by faculty members of higher education institutes in India during the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) pandemic. The study aims to understand the impact of these issues on faculty productivity.
