The quality of life (QoL) of workers during the Covid-19 pandemic is an important issue that must be considered. Unfortunately, research related to the QoL of workers during the Covid-19 pandemic for the non-health sector is still very limited. Moreover, no one has comprehensively investigated QoL involving not only the perceived threat of Covid-19, Covid-19-related workplace policy, and job insecurity but also digital literacy, perceived organizational support (POS) during Covid-19, quality culture, and safety culture. Therefore, to fill the gap in the literature, this study studied QoL by involving perceived threat of Covid-19, Covid-19 related workplace policy, job insecurity, digital literacy, POS, quality culture, and safety culture. Quantitative research method was carried out in this research. Data collection was conducted through an online survey. The research respondents were 181 non-health sector workers in Indonesia. SEM-PLS was used as an analytical tool. The results showed that QoL was directly and positively affected by POS and safety culture. In addition, QoL was also indirectly affected by Covid-19-related workplace policy, quality culture and safety culture by post. However, several factors, namely the perceived threat of Covid-19, job insecurity, and digital literacy did not have a significant effect on the QoL of non-health sector workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, this research also found that quality culture did not affect Covid-19 related workplace policy and job insecurity. The perceived threat of Covid-19 was not affected by the Covid-19-related workplace policy and safety culture. Job insecurity was affected by the perceived threat of Covid-19.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes to society in several aspects of people’s everyday life. One of them is the short and long-term impact on everyday mobility during the early stages of the pandemic and the post-pandemic period. This paper aims to study the effects on the mobility of UG engineering students for selection of Engineering Colleges in the pre and post-COVID-19 era. This study was done at Techno Engineering College Banipur, WB, India. This work utilized GIS to compare spatial distribution based on the home location of the students who have been taken admission between the 2017-18 and 2022-23 academic years. The paper intents to study the effects on students’ mobility using mean centers and standard deviational ellipse between different academic years. The result indicates that students are given preference select colleges nearer to their home locations after the pandemic than in the pre-pandemic period. Depending on our understanding we suggest some possible policies to the college authorities regarding the admission campaign, that can be carefully implemented, both in the short and long-term to help student mobility effects more efficiently and scientifically.

The domino effect of the post-pandemic period is that many MSME actors who were previously successful have collapsed and even closed, on the other hand from the 2019-2021 Covid-19 pandemic, new MSME actors have grown, even to the point where they immediately opened many branches everywhere. To make MSMEs survive and be able to survive, MSME actors and their employees must remain productive. Every MSME will experience high levels of productivity maintained by disciplined team members. The effect of work discipline is having a strong work ethic will be able to carry out their duties as effectively and efficiently as possible, so that the MSME business can achieve its productivity goals. In addition, the work environment is very important for the MSME business strategy because it functions as a location where employees carry out their daily work activities. In MSME work productivity, motivation is often described as supporting productivity. This study aims to complete the gaps in previous studies by conducting a comprehensive study of the factors that increase the work productivity of MSMEs in Malang Raya which are influenced by work ethic, work motivation, work discipline and work environment. Researchers are motivated to do this research because the work productivity of MSMEs will have a positive impact on the growth of MSMEs.
