Work-Family Conflict, Family-Work Conflict and its Effect on Emotional Exhaustion and Affective Commitment

Abstract: The present study developed and tested an integrative model of the work-family interface consist of work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict on affective commitment directly and indirectly through emotional exhaustion.
