Since the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of information is more likely to be conveyed by netizens through social media, especially Facebook. The information in question sometimes contains potentially satirical expressions. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to describe the expressions of Indonesian netizens that have the potential to be satire that cannot be separated from the topic of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive presentation method. Research data is sourced from social media Facebook, while research data is in words, phrases, and or sentences in the form of exposed expressions. The research data collection technique applies digital exploration techniques, namely exploring and examining several statuses in expressions published on Facebook social media. The data that is considered relevant to the purpose of the research is then documented by taking a screen capture or screenshot. The data were analyzed by applying pragmasemantic techniques. The results showed that the expressions with the potential to be satirical were found with satire irony, sarcasm, innuendo, cynicism, and satire. The five types of satire are summarized as findings stated in the proposition, namely, potentially satire expressions or satire expressions.

Background: Intertrochanteric Femur Fractures are usually complicated withassociated co-morbidities like osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, renal failure. In suchcircumstances, nonoperative treatment is mainly reserved for poor medical candidates and non-ambulantpatients with minimal discomfort after fracture. Objective: To study the management of intertrochanteric fractures with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation-II. Material and Methods: Present study was conducted on the patients admitted in at BTGH attached to MR medical college, Kalburgi &Shri B M Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Vijayapura,with diagnosis of intertrochanteric fractures from October 2017 to April 2019. A total of 21 cases were taken in our study. Results: Majority of the cases i.e., 12(60%) were in the age group of 61- 80 years, followed by 3 cases in the age group 41-60 years. The mean age was 69years. Majority of the patients were males 13 (65%) and 7 (35%) were females. We took less number of exposures time in case of comminuted fractures where reduction was not a problem. Blood loss was more in open reductions. The HARRIS HIP SCORE grading was done and 2 patients were graded excellent, 16 as good, 2 as fair and none as poor.

Glipizide is a potent, rapid-acting with short duration of action and well tolerated second-generation sulfonylureas effective in reducing postprandial glucose level. However, if a dosage is missed before a meal, the risk of postprandial hypoglycemia and post-meal glucose excursions is always linked with the use of glipizide for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a polygenic illness that includes both insulin secretion dysfunction and peripheral insulin resistance. (1)The study an effect of organic solvents preparation of glipizide controlled released mucoadhesive microspheres. (2)The microspheres were formulated conventional tremendous technique by emulsion solvent evaporation technique. (3) Mucoadhesive microspheres were evaluation parameters Examine by their impact on mucoadhesion, drug encapsulation efficacy (EE%), and in-vitro drug release. The produced microspheres were subjected to physical characterizations such as FTIR, DSC, particle analyzer, and SEM. Using cock stomach tissue, the ex-vivo mucoadhesive properties of the various orgainic solvents microspheres were studied. When compared to the other solvents microspheres employing, such as ethanol, methanol, acetone, glipizide loaded ethanol mucoadhesive microspheres had a higher EE percent (83.63±0.17%), a more sustained release profile over 10 hours, and superior adherence to cock stomach mucosa.
