Wogonin ameliorates hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia via PPARα activation in db/db mice

Hence, our results indicate that wogonin could activate PPARα, in [15] . Furthermore, our results showed that PPARα knockdown abrogated the inhibitory effects of wogonin on OPN expression in 3T3-L1 adipocytes ( Figure 5), suggesting that PPARα mediated the OPN lowering effects of wogonin.…”
