Abstract-Technological developments and competition between the manufacturing industries inIndonesia is currently growing very rapidly. Every manufacturing industry competing in the meet consumer demand increasingly varied. Technology is an important factor in enhancing this competition. Research made in companies engaged in the processing of natural rubber latex into rubber crumb, because Indonesia is one of the countries producing crumb rubber. A problem faced by the company is an imbalance use of technology in the production process. Technological imbalance here lies in the weakness of the storage system of information on the production are still using bookkeeping methods while machinery used for production is already a semi-automatic machines. In addition, many similar industries require companies to maintain product quality to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of technological capability in the company. Completion method used is measurement technology using methods techno metric that which is obtained that the company has a TCC of 0.57. This indicates that the use of technology in general at the company had reached 57%. Companies still need improvements to increase the utilization of the technology that will ultimately have an impact on company productivity

Electronic industry needs innovation to survive, and also to compete internationally. This study examines factors that can enhance technical innovation of companies in the electronic industry of Iran. The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between human resource management practices, transformational leadership, knowledge sharing, and innovation of the large and major electronic companies.More specifically, the research attempts to examine whether knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between human resource management practices and transformational leadership with innovation. A quantitative research approach was used in this study. A cross-sectional correlational research design was used.The sample for this study was drawn from a population of 23,704 employees (managers, engineers, and expert technicians) of eight largest electronic companies in Iran using stratified sampling method. The sample size was 376.After exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used to test the hypothetical model. The Findings asserts that only two HRM practices (training and participation) and three transformational leadership components (vision, intellectual stimulation and personal recognition) have significant impacts on innovation. Besides, knowledge sharing has significant and positive impact on innovation.Out of five HRM practices, training, staffing, participation have significant and positive impacts on knowledge sharing while intellectual stimulation, and personal recognition(as transformational leadership components) have significant and positive impacts.Finally, knowledge sharing merely mediated the relationships of training, participation, vision and personal recognition with innovation.

Roadmapping, a tool of strategic planning, visualize where and how an organization will be in the future. Visualization of strategic programs assists people in the organization to understand the strategy which is a key for implementing strategy successfully. A generic roadmap is included of three main layers such as; market, product and technology. Decision making in each layer are done separately because of the nature of each layer. Therefore, decisions in roadmapping can be done with different tools. Whiles, decisions in each layer of the roadmap cannot be done without considering the upper or lower layer decisions. In this study we propose Fuzzy PROMETHEE method for integrating decisions in roadmapping. In this method, alternatives are in terms of ordered triple (technology, product, market) which are determined by analyzing each of related layer by considering other layers. Some criteria have been recognized by analyzing the strategies as well. Decisions across the layers of the roadmap are modeled in PROMETHEE approach during the roadmapping process. The input data are in terms of linguistic terms. So, we have considered a revised Fuzzy PROMETHEE method. This paper addresses integrated decision making applicability for wind turbine in roadmapping process as a real case.
