Willingness to use Public Transport in Kuala Lumpur & Manila

Abstract: Traffic congestion is a common phenomenon in all capital cities. This study aims to examine the willingness of Malaysians and Filipinos to use public transport and the factors that influence their willingness to use public transport in Kuala Lumpur and Manila. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 250 respondents using purposive sampling technique.
