WiKo – Eine integrierte Wissens- und Kooperations-Plattform (WiKo – An Integrated Knowledge and Cooperation Platform)

Abstract

ZusammenfassungZur Unterstützung von Wissensarbeitern wird eine innovative Wissens- und Kooperations-Plattform (WiKo) für ein interaktionsorientiertes Wissensmanagement vorgestellt. Diese verbindet die Wissensbereitstellung und die Wissenserzeugung zu einem zyklischen Prozess, so dass einerseits das Wissen der Organisation durch den einzelnen Wissensarbeiter genutzt und andererseits darauf aufbauend neues Wissen in einem sozialen, kooperativen Prozess erzeugt werden kann, welches wiederum für die Organisation, die Gruppe und den Einzelnen verfügbar wird. Es wurde eine Web-basierte Plattform konzipiert, implementiert und exemplarisch erprobt, die einerseits Softwarebausteine für die verschiedenen Strategien des Wissensmanagements zur Wissensbereitstellung und -bewahrung sowie andererseits Werkzeuge für verschiedene Formen kooperativer Wissenserzeugung integriert und diese miteinander verbindet.
