“…To this end, based on the properties of the theory of planned behavior (where human control over will and behavior is considered as a continuum), we explain how enhancing the academic entrepreneurial intent of teachers in higher education can be achieved by increasing their perceived behavioral control (behavior under non-volitional control), thereby reducing the negative impact of role conflict.
