Which One Is Better Hands on or Phet Simulation on Harmonic Oscillation

Abstract: This study aims to determine which is better between the implementation of classroom scientific approach that uses hand-on in the form of KIT media with PhET simulations and improvement of students' cognitive learning outcomes between the two classes on harmonic oscillation.
