Accordingly, entrepreneurial commitment is shaped by seven separate constructs that influence the three components of commitment: i) affective commitment is influenced by the entrepreneur's passion, values, and personality; ii) normative commitment is shaped by the entrepreneurs internalized norms, responsibility and righteousness; and iii) continuous commitment is affected by the entrepreneur's investments in the project and lack of alternatives (Tasnim et al, 2016).
