Abstract: Controlled parameters like timing of antagonist start, duration of antagonist and the optimal leading follicle diameter for HCG triggering had no effect on treatment outcomes.

“…Furthermore, nonconditional multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that the number of 2PN high-quality embryos was the only independent predictive factor for clinical outcomes of young patients with ovarian endometriomas, consistent with the results of previous research. [24][25][26] A total of 95.4% of patients underwent cystectomy before IVF-ET, and 23.4% of patients still had ovarian endometrioma during IVF-ET, showing a high recurrence rate of ovarian endometrioma. In the present study, we found no difference in the endometrioma exist rate during IVF-ET between the successful and failed groups.…”

“…An integral part of IVF is oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers [3][4][5][6]. The outcome of IVF depends on several factors including the quality and number of embryo transferred, the degree of difficulty of the embryo transfer (ET), and the patient's age and gravity [5][6][7].…”

The outcome of IVF depends on several factors including the quality and number of embryo transferred, the degree of difficulty of the embryo transfer (ET), and the patient's age and gravity [5][6][7]. Other important factors are the technique of loading the embryo into the catheter by the embryologist, the speed of injection of the embryo into the uterus, and the intrauterine location where the embryo is deposited [5,8,9].…”

“…IVF treatment results can be expected to improve when significantly more oocytes are collected and more MII oocytes are obtained, probably because they augment embryo selection for embryo transfer [28,29]. However, the most previous studies showed similar IVF outcomes in the letrozole group.…”
